Terms of Service

Daylma is a neutral connector: it lists shifts and roles, sorts and notifies, and reports data. Employers hire, pay, schedule, and manage workers directly. Daylma is not the employer, does not pay workers, and never takes a cut of wages.

Workers use Daylma free of charge. Only employers are billed, and only for optional visibility and volume features — never for the wages they pay workers. All skills, certifications, and history shown on profiles are self-reported.

Be honest, show up to shifts you accept, and treat each other with respect. Repeated no-shows, fraud, or unsafe behavior can result in suspension. Reputation is earned by showing up.
